HELP A FAMILY LIKE THIS ONE
Typically, one-quarter of the cost to CHA for apartment rental and overhead is recouped through payments from family stays, with a daily rate of $50 per family. The remaining costs are met through donations, grants and fundraising. CHA seeks donations from corporate donors, individuals, and charitable foundations and actively solicits other charitable organizations to sponsor fund raising events on its behalf. CH also benefits from a dedicated group of volunteers who provide a variety of supporting activates to families staying at the Haven. We welcome the opportunity to engage new volunteers and request that you call us to discuss your availability and interests.
SPONSOR A STAY
Another way to support CHA and the families that need our help is to sponsor a family stay at one of the CHA apartments for a period of time. Such a sponsorship would be invaluable to families who are undergoing financial hardship as a result of managing the cost associated with cancer treatment.
